Reservation fees

A Reservation Fee must be paid to secure all bookings.

Reservation fees are 50% of the total booking cost and are non refundable under any circumstances.

All Reservation fees must be paid by bank transfer only.

On receipt of the Reservation fee for your trial appointment I will place your Wedding Date "on hold".

Following your trial, the reservation fee for your Wedding booking will then need to be paid in order to secure your date.

In the event that I receive another enquiry for your wedding date before your trial appointment the Reservation Fee would need to be paid for your Wedding Date in order to secure this date for you.

This fee will also be non refundable.

Remaining Balance

 The remaining balance for wedding bookings and trials must be paid 7 days prior to the appointment.

 Remaining balances for all other makeup appointments, including Special Occasion and Makeup Lessons, must be paid 2 days prior to the appointment.

Remaining balances are non-refundable.


Minimum Charges

Enquiries for wedding appointments on Saturdays between May1st - 30th September (PEAK WEDDING SEASON) are subject to a minimum charge of £150. 

Enquiries for Individual Bridal makeup on a Saturday outside of PEAK WEDDING SEASON dates will be subject to a minimum charge of £100.


No travel charge is made for appointments within a 20 mile radius of Pebmarsh.

Excess miles are charged 50p per mile.
